Customized training plans take into account your current fitness level,
performance goals for your event, and available time for training.

The basic plan is appropriate for athletes who are
on a budget and are doing sprint distance triathlons.
This type of plan includes:
* overall periodized plan with a breakdown of total weekly hours
* breakdown of times for each workout of the week
This plan is given all at once.

The intermediate plan is useful for athletes who desire more
detail and are doing sprint and international distance triathlons.
This type of plan includes:
* overall periodized plan with a breakdown of total weekly hours
* breakdown of times for each workout of the week
* details of the type of workout to do for each day
This plan is given 1 month at a time and includes unlimited email support and monthly phone support

The advanced plan is designed for athletes
participating in long distance triathlons.
This type of plan includes:
* overall periodization plan with a breakdown of total weekly hours
* breakdown of times for each workout of the week
* specific directions for each workout of the week
* details for strength training to go along with weekly plan
This plan is given 1 week at a time and includes unlimited email and phone support

Plans are also available for endurance swim, bike, or run events.
