The basic plan costs $50 per 4 week segment and includes
* overall periodization plan w/ breakdown of total weekly hrs
* breakdown of times for each workout of the week
* notes on what type of intensity to do for each week
* ideas for different types of workouts
This plan is given all at once

The intermediate plan costs $90 per 4 week segment and includes
* overall periodization plan w/ breakdown of total weekly hrs
* breakdown of times for each workout of the week
* notes on types of workouts to do for each day
* ideas for different types of workouts
This plan is given 1 month at a time and includes unlimited email support

The advanced plan costs $130 per 4 week segment and includes
* overall periodization plan w/ breakdown of total weekly hrs
* breakdown of times for each workout of the week
* specific directions for each workout of the week
* ideas for strength training to go along w/ periodization plan
This plan is given 1 week at a time and includes unlimited email and phone support
