The intermediate plan costs $80/month and includes * overall periodization plan w/ breakdown of total weekly hrs * breakdown of times for each workout of the week * notes on types of workouts to do for each day * ideas for different types of workouts This plan is given 1 month at a time and includes unlimited email support The advanced plan costs $120/month and includes * overall periodization plan w/ breakdown of total weekly hrs * breakdown of times for each workout of the week * specific directions for each workout of the week * ideas for strength training to go along w/ periodization plan This plan is given 1 week at a time and includes unlimited email support and monthly phone support (appx 20 min call 1x/month) |
